The summer vacations are coming to an end, and it’s all back to full swing. With busy season comes a variety of stresses on both mind and body. It’s time to get back to wellness to cope with the busy season ahead. And at Synergy, we’re putting together special packages to motivate you to peak wellness.

First, let’s talk physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. For the next month, we’re offering you a complimentary session at our thermal suite with each physiotherapy or hydrotherapy session you book.

Hydrotherapy is a marvellous method of using the unique properties of water to improve movement. It can be used to improve movement, strengthen muscles and deal with aches and pains. With Synergy’s state of the art pool and its movable floor, underwater treadmill and counter-current nozzles, our hydrotherapy exerts can create solutions that work for anyone – from athletes to children and pregnant women. Meanwhile, our physiotherapy sessions are carefully tailored to address specific ailments in bespoke programmes created by our consultants. A song of meditation

Tibetan singing bowls are an ancient form of therapy and work wonders in meditation practice. Buddhist monks have long valued the stress-reducing and healing properties of the vibrations created by these tuneful bowls.

Advanced practitioners believe that singing bowls spark beneficial changes in the body by balancing the body’s energy systems and targeting specific chakras.

Today, singing bowls aren’t restricted to the monastery. Instead, wellness practitioners the world over – such as music therapists, massage experts, and yoga practitioners. The hum of a singing bowl in tune enhances immersion and amplifies the impact of any mindfulness practice.

On September 14th 2019, our master instructor Dr Amarayya will conduct an hour-long full-moon singing bowl meditation class. Spaces are limited, and it’s definitely something to be experienced – so book your space now! Now need to bring your own singing bowl, though you can if you own one you really love.

A new gourmet salad menu!

We’ve been busy turning up the heat in our kitchens during the hot summer month. And we’ve returned with special news carrying the crunch of health – a delicious new gourmet salad menu.

Perfected by our chefs to make the most of contrasting ingredients, tastes and textures – while packing a potent health kick – our new salads are the perfect indulgence minus the guilt.

Tuck into the wholesome goodness of our new vegan pesto salad, with its fusilli, French beans, carrots, bell peppers, garlic and cherry tomatoes. Or opt for the tangy sweet fusion of our pears and sweet potato salad, where baby spinach, baby arugula, pears, pomegranate, sweet potato and walnut rub shoulders with an orange and lemon juice and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Alternatively, just keep things uncomplicated with our new garden salad, where the simple pleasures of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and sesame combine with nutritious baby jam lecture, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, red onion spinach and walnuts.
